Over 2,500 publishing houses from 93 countries are displaying their latest books in the ongoing event.
Iran’s pavilion in the exhibition is presenting Chinese works published in the country as well as the books released by the Institute of Iran’s Exhibitions.
‘Day of Iran’ ceremony will be held on Friday in the exhibition by Iran’s Cultural Office in the country.
Beijing International Book Fair is considered one of the four prestigious international book fairs in the world.
The book fair is divided into several specific areas including children's books and comics, industry, and book and newspaper publishers.
Another focus is the area of protection of copyright and copyright trade.
The book fair will continue for five days.
