
Khoddadi made the remarks Saturday in a meeting with Armenian news agency 'ARMENPRESS' Chief Aram Ananian.
He urged media to provide people with valid and up-to-date news and to prepare the grounds for making decisions.
IRNA and ARMENPRESS can maintain cooperation not only in exchanging photos, news and videos, but also in developing economic cooperation between two countries, he said.
Both sides also discussed holding joint photo exhibitions and establishing cooperation in technology, artificial intelligence, and social networks.
IRNA is ready to dispatch professors to Armenia to hold training courses for Armenian journalists, Khoddadi said.
Meanwhile, Ananian announced an Armenian student as reporter and the representative of Armenpress in Iran.
Ananian is also scheduled to take a trip to Isfahan city to visit historical monuments.
