Hashemi arrived in Baku on Thursday morning at the head of public and private sector officials' delegation for a two-day visit.

He met with Ministers of Health, Economic Development, Labor and Social Protection on Thursday.

The Iranian minister and accompanying delegation are to visit a hospital in Baku and an industrial zone of Pirallahi, where a joint venture pharmaceutics factory is to be built.

Hashemi is to depart Baku for Tehran on Friday afternoon.
