Duhok Int'l Film Festival awards Iran's cinematographer

Aslani, the Iranian cinematographer, who was directing cinematography of 'July 14', a joint venture movie of Germany and Turkey, received special award of jury of the 5th Duhok International Film Festival, in Iraqi Kurdistan Region.

'July 14' was directed by Hashim Aydemir from Turkey.

The film is a joint venture of Germany and Turkey and in its first international presence in Kurdish Film Competition Selection in the 5th Duhok International Film Festival was on display.

Special award of the jury granted to Touraj Aslani for his noticeable cinematography work.

This is the first time that special award of Jury goes to the section of cinematography.

'July 14' is on display in 145 cinemas in different European states.
