Customs officers confiscate shoe, bag consignment in eastern Iran

The consignment which consisted of shoes, bags and cosmetics was worth 21,566,000,000 rials.

The trucks were transiting the consignment from Shahid Rajaee Port and wanted to exit from Dogharoon border crossing.

According to Regional Intelligence Liaison Offices (RILO), Iranian customs ranked 1st in the world for two consecutive years in 2016 and 2017 in terms of handling customs formalities and controlling smuggling of goods.
