342,000 arts students are studying in 143 universities around the country, he added.
Sistan and Baluchestan Province is the second vast Iranian province after Kerman province in the list of 31 provinces of the country. It is in the southeast of the country, bordering Pakistan and Afghanistan and its capital is Zahedan.
