Charity fundraising market held for quake victims in Iran

The market was held on Sunday with participation of the wives of some Iranians residing in Tokyo including Iranian embassy staff , Cultural attaché office, Al-Mustafa International University, Persian Carpet Association, Iran's handicraft dealers and a number of Iranian and Japanese businesspersons.

Iranian dishes, handicrafts, carpet, and various food products were presented to the visitors of the charity market, which was welcomed by the Japanese.

The financial benefits of the charity market will be allocated to those who were stricken by the strong quake in western Iran.

The 7.3-magnitude quake hit Ezgeleh in Kermanshah Province on November 12. Some 620 people were killed and more than 12,000 others were injured in the disaster.
