5.5-magnitude tremor rocks Ravar in southeastern Iran

According to the report of seismography center affiliated to Tehran University's Geophysics Institute, the tremor occurred at 14:17 hours local time (10:47 hours GMT) and its epicenter was at 57.392 degrees longitude and 30.738 degrees latitude and in the depth of 10 kilometers underground.

Hejdak is located 140 kilometers north of Kerman city.

There is no immediate report on possible casualties or damages.

Another earthquake measuring 6.1 on the Richter scale jolted the same area on Friday morning at 06:01 hours.

The quake has had more than 120 after-shocks so far.
