4.6-magnitude quakes jolts region in Northestern Iran

According to a report by seismography center affiliated to Tehran University Geophysics Institute, the tremor occurred at 15:28 hours local time (11:58 hours GMT) and its epicenter was at 37.8 degrees latitude and 44.59 degrees longitude.

Sero located is 55 kilometers west of Orumiyeh city in border area of Iran and Turkey in West Azerbaijan province.

There is no immediate report on possible casualties or damages.
