Zarif, Italian counterpart review regional, global developments over phone

During telephone conversation, the Italian foreign minister updated Zarif of recent exchange of views and ratified bills at G7 foreign ministries recently held in Italy.

The Iranian foreign minister, for his part, said the US unilateral attack on Syria with the pretext to the unfounded excuse of using of chemical weapons is unacceptable and called for formation of a fact- finding committee to examine those behind the catastrophe and preventing occurrence of such incidents.
