Military mine blast injures young man in Western Iran

Esmael Azizian, 30, on an excursion to Kupich-e Olya village was injured after hitting a mine.

Azizian was transferred to hospital.

In spite of demining forces’ efforts, some people especially border guards in Kordestan border areas have so far been killed or injured due to mine blasts.
