Majlis speaker urges regional cooperation in Norouz message

In his congratulation messages to his counterparts in the Republic of Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Kirgizstan, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Turkey and Uzbekistan, Larijani seized the happy moment to urge Iran’s neighbors to promote cooperation among themselves to address regional challenges.

“The Islamic Republic of Iran welcomes any kind of cooperation on regional levels, and especially with its neighbors, based on mutual respect in order to create security and promote all-out economic, political, and cultural development,” the parliament speaker said in his message.

“I believe that through parliamentary dialogues, the countries in the region, could better establish security and deepen friendly ties,” Larijani said.
