Safavi: Iran sole mighty, stable power in ME

Addressing a group of combatants in Arak, Safavi said the Europeans have admitted Iran’s absolute military and political power in the region and it has led to discords between European countries and the US.

Britain is the only supporter of the US in Europe, he said, adding that European superpowers like Germany and France never yield to US demands as cacophony of Europeans with US policies fails to tune up.

The Islamic Revolution under wise leadership of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, its powerful armed forces, unified nation and officials has turned to a mighty and stable power in the region that thwarts all plots hatched by global arrogance against Islam, Safavi said.

Consecutive defeats of the US in Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria are good indication of their military and political weakening and the whole world share identical stands in dealing with tyranny, he said.
