Vietnamese Pres. extends condolences to counterpart

In his message, President Quang underlined effective role of the late Ayatollah Rafsanjani in maintaining peace and stability in the region.
He also praised role of the late Ayatollah in promoting economic relations between the two countries.
Ex-president Rafsanjani visited Vietnam 21 years ago and the Vietnamese consider him as 'architecture of bilateral ties.'
The late Ayatollah passed away at the age of 82 on Sunday, January 8, due to cardiac arrest.
