Ivory Coast president condoles Pres. Rouhani on demise of Ayatollah Rafsanjani

In a message to President Rouhani, he expressed sorrow on behalf of his people and government over the passing away of the ayatollah.

Ayatollah Rafsanjani, 82, died of a heart attack Sunday evening.
