Shiraz University signs MoU with Russian State Universities

Director of Public Relations Department of Shiraz University Zohreh Azimifar said on Tuesday that the two MoUs were signed by chancellors of the universities.

She said that scientific cooperation with reputable world universities increased in the past three years.

Chancellor of Lomonosov Moscow State University Victor Antonovich Sadovnichy who is also the chairman of Russian Federation Universities Chancellors Union said that the university has six international branches.

He said that the Russian universities are willing to cooperate with Iranian universities on exchange of students, launch scientific studies and organize joint conferences.

The second conference of heads of Iran-Russia top universities was hosted by Tehran University and 13 Iranian and 18 Russian universities took part.

The third conference is scheduled to be held in Russia next year.
