Iran among producers of Pregabalin

Speaking in ceremony of unveiling biotechnological products, Ali Akbar Ahamdi said that about 17 tons of Pregablin is used in Iran each year, adding that the material is prescribed, alone or with other medicines, as an anticonvulsant to reduce epileptic seizures and relieving chronic pains caused by nerve manage.

The startup began working on seven products a year ago, four of which were unveiled today, he said.
