FM official terms Saudi accusations against Iran as absurd

'Claims that are repeatedly and unilaterally made by the Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir about Iran alleged support for terrorism and the al-Qaeda terrorist group are kind of absurd rhetorics made by minister of that government.

While it is a long time that Riyadh has been imposing a cruel war on the defenseless people of Yemen and has created insecurity and chaos in that country by targeting the defenseless Yemenis by the direct attacks of its missiles and fighter planes, the Saudi rulers habitually accuse other countries of interfering in the internal affairs of their neighboring states,' Qasemi said on Thursday.

Al-Jubeir's outrageous and repeated accusations are being made about Iran's backing of terrorism and al-Qaeda 'while heads of the terrorist groups of Taliban, al-Qaeda and Daesh are either among Saudi nationals or influenced by the Wahhabi ideology that has been spreading in Saudi Arabia and this is a bitter truth of which the awakening consciences of the world have been aware or will be aware in the future,' Qasemi noted.

The current conflicts and oppressions affecting the defenseless and Muslim peoples of the region are resulted from foreign interference and adoption of the policies which are based on the extremist ideology, the spokesman stressed.
