Mohammad Keshavarzadeh said at a meeting with members of the Iranian Expatriates Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai on Tuesday that given the current state of affairs and recent developments in the relations between Iran and China, the presence of a coherent Chamber of Commerce from Iranian businessmen in China is increasingly important.'
The Head of the Iranian Expatriates Chamber of Commerce in China also commended the Iranian Ambassador’s presence in Shanghai, adding that his visit was a milestone in removing barriers for Iranian businessmen.
Hossein Nejad-Safari evaluated as significant the status of the Chamber of Commerce as a single and active room for the further expansion of trade and economic relations between Iran and China.
Subsequent to the meeting, chairman of the Iranian Expatriates Chamber of Commerce in China presented a report reflecting trade barriers between Iran and China, such as banking, transportation and customs. In the course of the meeting, these issues were debated and discussed.
