In a meeting with new newly-elected head of the Belarusian Football Federation Vladimir Bazanov, he also discussed boosting cooperation in various fields of football.
Referring to a friendly contest between the two countries’ women soccer teams in Tehran in March, Oveisi also hailed Iran’s football status in Asia as well as Futsal and beach football’s position in the world.
Heeding existing capacities for holding preparatory camps for national men and women teams in various age groups were among the other topics dealt with during the meeting.
Belarusian official, for his part, referred to the status of his country’s football in the region, expressing interest in boosting cooperation with Iran in the field and holding preparatory camps.
