The flood has caused millions of dollars damage to urban and rural areas, and has killed at least 21 people.

Hundreds of families have been left displaced, and a major damage was inflicted on urban infrastructures.

Senior Iranian officials have announced emergency in many regions and the warnings issued during the past days are still in place.
