Iran, candidate for hosting 2019 Asian wrestling champs

Following consultation with Daulet Turlykhanov, the president of the United World Wrestling's Asian Council, Iran's Wrestling Federation submitted the application to the council to host the championships to be held in July.

In case the application is granted, the country will host a major Asian event in 2019.
