Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the international conference on security, development, sustainable development in border districts and cosmopolitan cities, opportunities and challenges, Sayyari said that the Iranian armed forces from the early stages of the Islamic Revolution and even earlier suffered economic sanctions which still continues.
All those who imposed 'sanctions on us should know that we take advantage of such opportunity as sanctions never create problems for us', he said.
In the near future, the Iranian army is to launch one destroyer named 'Sahand' and one submarine named 'Fateh', he said.
The Islamic Republic of Iran has one of the safest airspace in the region and at sea and territorial waters is capable enough to maintain its security as well as Adan Gulf, he said.
