The 15-member delegation is headed by Hussein Raqib al-Hussein, Deputy Head of the Syrian parliamentary friendship group with Iran.
Raqib is scheduled to meet with his Iranian counterpart Ahmad Salek.
The Syrian lawmakers are also expected to hold a meeting with Iranian Minister of Economy Farhad Dejpassand, followed by a meeting with Iran's Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani, his Senior Assistant Hossein Amirabdollahian, Deputy Head of the Parliament's National Security Committee, Kamal Dehqani .
A meeting with Iran's Supreme Leader's Advisor for International Affairs Ali-Akbar Velayati on Wednesday is also on the itinerary of the Syrian delegation.
Other meetings are scheduled, as well, between the Syrian parliament representatives and Iran's Minister of Science Mansour Gholami, and the country's Deputy Minister of Road and Urban Development Amir Amini who is also head of Iran-Syria economic group.
