Over five thousands active companies in tourism industry are displaying their services in some 182 countries mainly located in the Middle East, Asia, the US, Latin America, Europe and Africa, according to the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) in London.

Travel agencies have the option to demonstrate their activities and services during the exhibition along with latest market developments in the sector.

It is expected that about 50,000 people would visit the exhibition, he said.

Over three billion Pound Sterling worth of tourism contracts were signed during the last year's exhibition and the figure is expected to reach 3.5 billion pounds this year.
