Iranian movie to compete in Iraqi Kurdistan film fest

The week-long Film Festival kicked off on October 20th.

The annual Duhok Film Festival was founded in 2011 with the overarching goal of promoting and supporting Kurdish cinema and linking Kurdish filmmakers from around the globe.

Life Without Life, which will compete against seven other films, is the story of a man suffering from cancer and his son who, through unusual ways, collects money from those who owe his father.
