Iran establishes joint int’l committee to boost exports

Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli made the remarks on the sidelines of the meeting between the governors of borderline provinces and top governmental executive officials, saying, “All the obstacles related to exports were discussed in the meeting.”

He added that the ambassadors and chairmen of chamber of commerce of Iran’s neighboring countries will participate in the future meetings of the committee.

Stressing the three important principles of boosting exports, preventing currency smuggling, and returning the currency yielded by exports to the country’s economy, Rahmani Fazli said that new decisions were made on economic free zones, border markets, and customs procedures to facilitate and enhance exports.
