'The meeting had remarkable achievements for foreign media,' said Yoichi Kosukegawa.
'Many of the important events and issues, and the suggestions made in the meeting were discussed in very positive and constructive conditions,' said the head of the Japanese delegation.
Regarding the pleasant conditions in Iran and IRNA, he said the meeting was well organized and welcomed by the participating authorities and media.
He hoped that the issues discussed in the OANA meeting will be implemented and the coordination between the media centers will enhance.
The 43rd OANA Executive Board Meeting was hosted by IRNA on Monday with senior officials from news agencies of member states attending it.
OANA was founded in 1961 to facilitate information dissemination among the countries in the region, and 44 news agencies from 35 countries of the Asia-Pacific continent are members of the organization.
