Iraqi minister: Sanction wrong, doomed policy

Tehran is thankful to Iraqi officials for their hospitality for Iranian pilgrims during Arbaeen, Rahmani Fazli said.

Iran's interior minister, heading a high ranking political-security delegation, left Tehran for Baghdad on Wednesday morning.
