Iran targets export of $1bn fisheries for 2025

Salehi made the remarks in a meeting with French businessmen taking part in Iran-France Fisheries Seminar.
He said that foreign and domestic investment in the fisheries industry are in line with the Economy of Resistance.
He said that Iran earned more than 300 million dollars out of export of aquifers last year.
He predicted that Iran Fisheries Organization will export 600 million dollars fisheries by the end of the Sixth Five-Year Economic Development Plan.
To meet policies of the Economy of Resistance and to gain eight percent economic growth in the 6th Economic Development Plan, the country should use knowledge and technology of many countries for aquaculture.
