The Guinean elites in a statement expressed support for Iran against hostile, cruel and illegal measures taken by US.
They also denounced US withdrawal in May from Iran nuclear deal also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
Describing Iran as the pivot of unity among Muslims, the elites thanked Islamic Republic of Iran for its support for Muslims and oppressed in the world.
According to the statement, the Guinean elites underlined the importance of maintaining solidarity in the Islamic World to fight enemies.
Meanwhile, Vahid-Kiani appreciated Shia and Sunni Guinean elites and emphasized the importance of reinforcing unity among Muslims.
He also thanked government officials of Guinea for their principled positions and support of the 2015 nuclear deal.
