Through scientific studies and new technologies, the waste will be recycled, said the official, adding that recycling will bring high income to country's municipalities and its economy as well.
Jafari further referred to waste management as an important environmental issue.
Then, he described waste as a hidden asset.
Jafari hoped the World Conference of Mayors and Councilors will help the officials at city councils and municipalities to develop ways to manage the cities and the waste.
