Iran is ready to cooperate with the ICRC to decrease the ongoing human catastrophe in Yemen and Syria, Hossein Jaberi Ansari noted in a meeting with Valerie Petitpierre, the ICRC's operations coordinator for Middle East.

He said that exchange of prisoners in Syria war is a top priority for the Islamic Republic.

Petitpierre, for his part, thanked Iran's helps to relieve the pain of people in Syria and Yemen and underlined cooperation with Islamic Republic in this regard.
