Zanganeh vows to help supply petrochemical facilities with fuel

'We are serious to help supply the petrochemical facilities with feedstock and we will definitely help meet their shortage,' Zanganeh told the senior directors of the petrochemical industry.
He said an institution should be set up to look into sale of the petrochemical products.
Iran now enjoys the capacity for production of more than 60 million tons of various kinds of petrochemical products a year and is to raise the capacity up to 160 million tons by next nine years.
Over the past years, part of Iranian petrochemical capacities left vacant due to feedstock shortage. To this end, Ministry of Petroleum is to meet the gas feedstock and provide the petrochemical facilities with necessary fuels.
