Leader: Enemies' moves indicate their nervousness

Supreme Leader made the remarks on Monday addressing a ceremony to mark the 29th anniversary of the sad departure of the late Imam Khomeini, Founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

“The moves the enemies of the Islamic Republic make against Iran do not emerge from their power, but from their being nervous and desperate with the greatness of the Islamic Republic and the resistance of the Iranian nation,” Leader said.

He also referred to some European countries' demands of Iran to tolerate sanctions and to stop nuclear activities, saying Iranian nation will not tolerate their demands.

The meeting started work with the attendance of heads of three government branches, foreign ambassadors in Iran, scholars, academics and families of martyrs and war veterans.
