Birang made the remarks Saturday in a meeting with head of Iran's national pavilion in Shanghai.
He expressed readiness for supporting development of cooperation between Iran and China in technology and knowledge-based fields.
Iran will support any measure in line with dispatching trade delegations, holding trade and business to business events and taking part in international exhibitions, he added.
Iran's national pavilion started its work with participation of officials from the office of vice-president for science and technology, Iran Trade Promotion Organization, Iran-China Chamber of Commerces and Iran consulate general in Shanghai last year.
