Iran official criticizes West for not extraditing convicts

The western countries have not only sheltered the corrupt individuals, but also they have become a safe haven for terrorists, Chairman of General Inspection Organization of Iran Justice Naser Seraj said in a meeting with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) Country Representative in Iran Alexander Fedulov.

He asked the UNODC envoy to do its best to extradite the Iranian assets stolen by the escaped convicts.

During the meeting, Fedulov expressed the UNODC's desire to give technical service to Iran, especially in case of United Nations Convention against Corruption.
