SANA reporter said that the unit on Saturday spotted a car was driven by a terrorist towards one of the military points in Bowydan town close to Damascus-Sweida Highway.

The army unit ambushed the car and destroyed it completely before reaching the military point, killing the suicide bomber driver.

The reporter confirmed that the Damascus -Sweida Highway witnesses normal traffic.

The car bomb was coming from al-Lajat area where terrorist groups linked to Jabhat al-Nusra and Daesh terrorist organizations are positioned.
