Former Tehran prosecutor arrested: Source

Mortazavi was suspended in August 2010 over the death in prison of an anti-government protester in the Kahrizak detention center in southern Tehran who was detained during the unrest in the aftermath of the 2009 presidential election.

The former managing director of Iran's Social Welfare Organization received a two-year sentence for being an “accomplice to murder” and 'illegal detention' of one of the protestors.
