Search for bodies of plane crash underway in Iran

Talking to the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), Deputy Governor General of Kohkiloyeh-Boyer Ahmad Province Aziz Fili said some remains of the killed passengers have been found on Sunday.

Bad weather conditions are hindering the process of transferring the remains of the dead bodies, he added.

He also said that the identity of 46 dead passengers has been confirmed and their remains have been delivered to their families.

The search operation would not be halted even during the Iranian New Year's holidays to be started on March 20, Fili said.

Aseman Airline Flight 3704 with 60 passengers and six crew members which was flying from Tehran to Yasouj on February 18 crashed in the mountainous area of Dena Heights.
