Deputy Petroleum Minister for international and commercial affairs Amir Hossein Zamaninia made the remarks on the sidelines of the second congress and international exhibition of exploration.
Zamaninia who was talking to reporters said in case of suspension of JCPOA by the US president, foreign companies are saying that they will stay, but if the JCPOA has no economical benefit for Iran, there would be no logical reason for us to stay in it.
'We should be patient, everything is not dependent on the JCPOA and there is possibility for other developments as well,' he said.
