Iranian beach volleyball teams leave for Australia

The final stage of the Olympic qualifying competitions in Asia is to be held with the participation of Iran, Qatar, Kazakhstan, Japan, New Zealand, Indonesia, China and Australia on June 24-26.

Iranian national beach volleyball teams (A&B) consist of Rahman Raoufi, Bahman Salemi, Bahman Gholipouri, Abdolhamed Mirza Ali and Kamal Ghoreishi.

The winner of the final match will receive 2016 Rio Olympic quota and the second and third ones will head to Russia to participate in inter-continental competitions of Sochi, Russia which is scheduled to be held on July 6-10.

Iran ranked first in the second stage of Asian beach volleyball Olympic qualifying held on May 12-14 in Kalasin, Thailand.
