Iranian cinema makes a significant breakthrough

According to the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, Iran's Cultural attaché in Tunisia Mohammad Assadi met and exchanged views with director of the Carthage festival.
Carthage is now regarded as the biggest cinematic festival among the Arab and African countries.
Referring to significant growth and achievements in the Iranian cinema after the Islamic revolution, Movaheddi said Iran's cultural attaché is to broaden cooperation with Carthage festival to prepare grounds for active participation of Iranian movies.
Ibrahim Letaief said the festival is to welcome the Iranian films and the film directors.
