Head of Markzi Province Railways Company Jalaleddin Koknar said the tourists are from North and Central America, Western Europe and South East Asia.
Koknar said the train would visit several Iran's beautiful places along the rail routes throughout the county.
He added that the tourists are slated to change the train in Arak city in Markazi Province and ride on an Iranian train to travel to the south of Iran.
During their 18-day stay in Iran, the tourists are slated to travel to several Iranian cities including Tehran, Mashad, Kerman, Yazd, Isfahan, Sa'adat Shahr, Shiraz, Kashan, Qom, Arak, Susa, Garmsar, Veresk and Pole Sefid.
