Salehi meets House of Commons members

Following his meeting with Britain's Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson, Salehi met with the members of the committee and discussed Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) with them.

In the meeting, which took place in the venue of Britain parliament, issues like existing concerns on position, credit and ways to confront with JCPOA threats by the US government were discussed and considered.

Salehi arrived in London on Tuesday evening at the invitation of British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson.

After meeting with Salehi, Boris Johnson replied to a question by IRNA that whether Britain will be committed to JCPOA or not? said that 'We discussed the issue and hopeful works to be done'.

Upon approval of the US Congress, President Donald Trump should confirm Iran's commitment to the JCPOA every 90 days and October 15 is the day for the report.

Trump had called the agreement 'the worst and the most unilateral agreement' and has said that he will not confirm Iran's commitment again.

The decision was opposed by many US officials and other countries, especially officials from European Union.
