In a meeting with Bulgarian deputy culture minister Mirela Totoa on Wednesday, she said, “Interaction with all mankind lies in our religious beliefs and to achieve this requires finding common points and avoid disputes.”
Today, the common points are manifested in spiritual issues, she said, noting that the Iranian and Bulgarian nations can develop a profound understanding about each other by scrutinizing the commonalities.
Boroujerdi also proposed holding cultural weeks in both countries given the 70th anniversary of the two countries’ cultural relations and described it as an opportunity for the two nations to know each other’s culture.
Totoa, for her part, said that the two countries have excellent cultural ties and your interaction with Bulgarian National Library is an example of the ties.
