Ali Larijani made the remarks Saturday in a meeting with Presidents of the Chamber of Representatives of Belgium Siegfried Bracke.
In order to promote economic conditions, Iran has considered 6 fields namely environment, water, oil and gas, mine, railway transportation, exports and imports, he said.
Iran's compliance with JCPOA is evident in its banking and trade relations, he added.
He pointed to terrorism in the region as bringing about chaos and called for international determination to uproot terrorism.
Larijani criticized western countries for their standpoints on human rights situation in Iran, and said they slam Iran for not recognizing some regulations which are different from Iran culture.
Majlis speaker also stressed on the need to develop parliamentary and economic interactions.
Meanwhile, Bracke expressed Belgium's readiness for developing parliamentary ties with Iran.
Belgium parliament has formed a committee to review terrorism, he said.
He referred to JCPOA as important for Iran and Belgium and the country would spare no effort for the EU to stay committed.
