Iran disabled runner grabs gold medal in Para Athletic Champs

According to National Paralympics Committee, Mashhadi in 400-meter field hit 52:32 seconds record and ranked first.

Runners from Poland and Brazil ranked second and third respectively.

Iran squad has so far received seven gold, five silver and four bronze medals during three days of the competitions.

Iran, with 24 athletes, participated in the event which was held on August 3-6 in Nottwil, Switzerland.
