Russia grants 15% discount to Iranian exporters

Technical deputy of Iran’s customs house Foroud Asgari said the draft of this agreement had been inked in 2015 between the two countries customs houses.

Iranian traders should present electronic certificate of origin to benefit from the discount, he said.
