Iran hopes ties with Croatia will boost: Iranian official

Ebtekar, in the meeting held on Wednesday on the sidelines of the Women Political Leaders (WPL) Global Forum, said the Tehran trip of President Grabar-Kitarović in May, 2016, was very successful.

She hoped the two countries would witness the positive outcomes from the Croatian president's visit to Iran.

For her part, President Grabar-Kitarović called for continuation of cooperation between the two nations.

Iceland hosts the Women Political Leaders (WPL) Global Forum this year.

The WPL Global Forum is attended by the leading political women around the world exchanging views about women affairs and sharing the related experiences.
